The DAW Steering Committee is the key body responsible for important issues associated with the Digital Art Weeks that are essential to ensuring the project’s development and the attainment of its goals.
These responsibilities include defining and realizing the goals themselves, providing suggestions for funding and presentation strategies, conference and event themes, keynote speakers and performers, as well as aid in making policy and resourcing decisions, and making requests for changes to the scope of the project.
The members of the DAW Steering Committee are selected for each DAW based on their individual knowledge and skills in areas of expertise in relationship to the institutes they work for. Each member aid in networking the project outcomes and in achieving international success in terms of making contributions to the scientific and artistic communities.
